When does my USA plan start?
Your plan days start counting when the eSIM first connects to a network in the USA, not when you buy it. You can install it at home over wifi, and you can also choose to delay activation at checkout.
Which USA plan length should I choose?
USA plans come in 7, 15 or 30 days. Pick the length that covers your whole stay, since plans have no top ups. If your trip runs longer, buy another plan and install it the same way.
What if I delete or lose my eSIM QR code?
Your QR code and manual install details are in your confirmation email. If you delete an active eSIM by mistake, do not buy again straight away. Contact us, as in most cases it can be reactivated on the same device.
Can I get a refund on a USA eSIM?
If you have not installed or used the eSIM, contact us and we will refund it. Once a plan has been activated and data used it cannot be refunded. If something goes wrong on our side, we sort it out.
Can I buy a USA eSIM from the UK or Canada?
Yes. You buy online from anywhere, and prices can be shown in US dollars, pounds, euros or Australian dollars. Install the QR code before you leave and the plan starts once you connect in the USA.
Does the USA eSIM work in Canada or Mexico?
The USA plan is for the United States. If your trip crosses the border, rufly has separate Canada and Mexico plans you can add alongside it.
