Support were good and sorted it in the end, but I couldn't get it installed on my Pixel and lost about half a day of my trip to it. Worth checking the compatibility page before you buy, which I didn't.

Great coverage in cities, slightly patchier on a hike in the Dolomites, but so was everyone else's. Support was quick when I asked about it and they were straight with me about which networks they use, which I appreciated.

Fine product, genuinely. But I got in a bit of a muddle on install because I have two eSIMs already on my phone and had to work out which line to route data through. That's an Apple problem more than a Rufly one but a heads up would help.

I'm Portuguese and I still use this when I go home for a month, because my UK plan is useless there. Also it's about 40 euros for the whole month which is nothing.

Bought one for my mum before her Italy trip and she managed to install it herself. That is the highest praise I can offer any piece of technology.

Spain, 30 days, no complaints. Would have liked a bit more warning about needing to turn data roaming on, I nearly emailed support before I spotted it in the instructions.
